Everybody loves the holidays and parties. It is very good to get together with friends and family. However, many people prefer eat a healthy diet, so finding a delicious and at the same time, diet food is not easy at all. • As for dessert, here there are plenty of options - give up cheese cakes and buns. You can invent something with berries, sorbet, fruit, etc.
